Stayed traveling through on business. The hotel was older but renovated. It was clean, the staff was more than friendly and accommodating. I was a little nervous staying at a small-town hotel but it was a pleasant stay. A/C worked wonderfully, I even had to turn it up as I got too cold despite the desert heat. Location is safe and secure, amenities were great and the room/beds comfortable. I had a great nights sleep.
Only reason service got a 1 star is because I didn't use any...the rest of the experience was great...shower was good bed was comfortable room was a good size and mini fridge froze everything but I like my water with ice
The front desk staff went out of her way to be helpful. All staff were exceptional and rooms were clean and comfortable. I think the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in !
My husband was telling that this is the five start hotel of the area. The staffs were helpful and cooperative. The breakfast supervisor was very attentive and nice too. Breakfast was fresh and plenty. 24 hour Lemon infused water near the entrance. Rooms were clean. Elevator is there with vending option at each floor. Little bit of fixing required here and there-carpet, luggage trolley etc. Overall had a nice experience.
We were in town for a sick family member that turned into a loss of the family member and the hotel manager was able to adjust our rate for staying so long. The rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was always helpful. The free breakfast was a big help especially since we were traveling with a big family group with lil ones. It actually had a nice selection to offer. We will definitely stay here again when visiting other family members.
Great hotel. The workers stay busy making sure this hotel is presented well. Hot breakfast was the best we've had on our road trip. Manager Michelle, breakfast staff, Rachel, and front desk staff, Hope and Allie, were very friendly, kind, and helpful. The bedding and property are clean and comfortable.
Nice hotel. Beds are comfortable. Ac works nice. Great service. The TV could be little bigger but that is just my opinion. They have direct tv so there are lots of channels to choose from. They are not pet friendly but do allow service animals
